This obviously varies greatly. Here is a common timeline:

1. You will fill out our intake form.
2. After completing the form, we will write your pitches, handpick targeted podcasts, create your one-sheet, and start reaching out to podcasts within 3-6 days.
3. Some shows book quarterly, some biannually, some won’t see our message until several months later, and others will reply right away. There isn’t a right answer here. Although the majority of shows reply within 1-14 days after our first outreach.

4. Next, we will schedule the interview and here it can vary greatly because it could be next week or in 6 months (sometimes even later).

All in all, it could go fast and it could also take a while. Commonly, we are talking about 1-4 months.

We handpick all the podcasts and run targeted campaigns. If the podcast isn’t a match for you, then we are of course happy to find one that is!
